Cervarezza Spa (Province of Reggio Emilia)

In the old hamlet of Cervarezza, in a splendid valley full of beech woods in the Apennines of Reggio Emilia, are sulphurous water springs that are ideal for inhalation treatments, mud therapy treatments and mud baths. The Spa Centre is at an altitude of 900 m above sea level, surrounded by woods and meadows, but well connected to the Versilia coast, just 70 km away. Medium mineral sodium-bicarbonate waters, particularly light with diuretic properties. Inhalation treatments are available for breathing ailments, including those of allergic origin. Different types of massages and rehabilitation treatments are performed, along with personalised beauty treatments in the modern Wellness department. The town has excellent sports venues and equipment and the neighbouring park, full of beech and pine trees, provides a place in which to breathe in healthy air during pleasant walks and mountain bike outings.

Inhalation, bathing and mudbathing treatments. Without special arrangements with the NHS: physical therapy (massages, manipulations), whirlpool baths, ionophoresis and rehabilitation therapies in the water following surgery and injury, as well as exercise in the water.
